Bridging the Gap in Emergency Healthcare Access
The Rubicon Foundation is taking bold steps to address the challenges posed by the region’s diverse geography and the widening urban-rural divide, which continue to limit timely access to emergency medical care. In many rural communities, poor road infrastructure and scarce resources make it difficult for residents to receive urgent medical attention when it matters most.
To help bridge this gap, the Foundation is donating a dual-fuel tricycle ambulance to Ribadu Medical Centre in Fufore. Designed to navigate hard-to-reach areas, this cost-effective and eco-friendly vehicle will significantly improve emergency response times and ensure that critical healthcare services reach those who need them most.
Through this initiative, the Foundation reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative, community-focused solutions that save lives and strengthen healthcare access across underserved areas.
